By accessing or using the St. Cate Fine Arts website at www.stcate.com ("Site") and our fine art services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. Services

St. Cate Fine Arts provides professional fine art services including, but not limited to, art handling, installation, packing, crating, transportation, exhibition design, lighting, photography, restoration, maintenance, and collections management. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements as applicable.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our Site are estimates and do not constitute binding offers. Final pricing will be confirmed in a separate service agreement. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. St. Cate Fine Arts reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the actual scope and complexity of work.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of St. Cate Fine Arts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

While St. Cate Fine Arts exercises the utmost care in handling all artworks, specific liability terms and insurance coverage for artwork in our care will be detailed in individual service agreements. We recommend that clients maintain their own insurance coverage on all artwork.
